PM Modi Inaugurates Vizhinjam Port in Kerala: The Vizhinjam Port is located in Kerala's capital city Thiruvananthapuram, and is expected to significantly boost India's presence in global shipping and trade routes.

Built at a cost of around Rs 8,900 crore under public-private partnership (PPP) mode, the transshipment port is operated by the Adani Group, with the Kerala government holding the majority stake.
