Bringing out its last weapon to recover house tax from building owners,the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation would now auction the buildings and after recovering the house tax amount,the remaining money would be paid to the owner,stated P S Ghuman,zonal commissioner,Zone B,on Wednesday.
