Bharatpur (Rajasthan), Feb 22 (ANI): The Jat agitators demanding reservation blocked roads in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, on Monday. The protestors blocked the roads and took to streets to register their agitation. The protestors also burnt a bus. Sporadic incidents of arson were reported as life in violence-torn Haryana limped back to normal with curfew being lifted gradually.

New Delhi, Feb 22 (ANI): Minister of State (MoS) for Parliamentary Affairs Venkaiah Naidu on Monday asserted that the government is waiting for a calm atmosphere in order to come to a conclusion on the ongoing Jat community protests. He further stated that committee formation on the issue reflects government’s desire to come to a conclusion on the demands raised by the Jats. The Jat community is demanding reservations in government jobs and institutions.
