Exploitation of domestic helps: Delhi HC asks dy labour commissioner to appear over action against placement agencies

The court was hearing a petition claiming there had been non-compliance with a 2014 HC order pertaining to action against unregulated and unregistered placement agencies which is directly leading to incidents "where every few months a minor girl is rescued from abject torture".
