Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Worldwide Day 38: Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar is continuing to mint moolah at the box office even in its 6th week. While the film’s earnings have dropped to single digits and have slowed down, it is still managing to perform better than recent Hindi releases. According to Sacnilk, the film raked in Rs 6.15 crore on its 6th Sunday. This takes the film’s total domestic collection to Rs 805.65 crore.
The film registered an overall 31.79% Hindi occupancy on Sunday, with the maximum occupancy of 45% recorded during afternoon shows. Its total gross collection now stands at Rs 966.65 crore, while its global box office has crossed Rs 1254.9 crore.
Dhurandhar has become the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. The film is also the fourth highest-grossing Indian film ever, trailing only Pushpa 2 (Rs 1742.1 crore), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 1788.06 crore) and Dangal (Rs 2122.3 crore). Dhurandhar has also surpassed several blockbusters such as RRR (Rs 1230 crore), KGF: Chapter 2 (Rs 1215 crore), Jawan (Rs 1160 crore) and more.
While Dhurandhar has enjoyed clean dominance at the box office, the film is currently facing competition from Prabhas’ Telugu release The Raja Saab. The film has minted Rs 109.02 crore within three days of its release. On Sunday, it collected Rs 20.12 crore across all languages, out of which Rs 4.54 crore came from its Hindi version, which is less than what Ranveer Singh’s film earned on the same day.
However, when it comes to Hindi films, none of the recent releases have been able to challenge Dhurandhar. Kartik Aaryan’s film performed underwhelmingly, earning Rs 49.5 crore, while Agastya Nanda’s Ikkis, on the other hand, collected Rs 28.76 crore within 11 days of its release.
Amid Dhurandhar’s record-breaking performance, fans are eagerly awaiting the release of its second part on March 19. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and other in pivotal roles. It is directed by Aditya Dhar.
