Lance Naik's condition worsened despite all measures: R.R. Hospital

New Delhi, Feb 11 (ANI): The Research and Referral Hospital of the Indian Army on Thursday said Lance Naik Hanamanthapa's neuro functions and heart functions worsened despite all precautions, eventually leading to his death. R.R. Hospital Director Lt. Gen. Duhan said when they received Lance Naik Hanamthappa in an intubated state on February 9, his body temperature was normal but his blood pressure was very low. Lt. Gen Duhan further said that all these cells, which had already become fragile and consisted of toxin because of working in very cold environment without glucose and oxygen, had produced a lot amount of toxins. Four days after he was found alive in Siachen, Lance Naik Hanamanthappa died in the hospital on Thursday morning.
