Victor Banerjee starrer wins audience choice award in US fest
"The Audience Choice Award for 2014 goes to 'As River Flows'. It was beautifully done," North Carolina International South Asian Film Festival director Gauri Singh informed the film's director Bidyut Kotoky.

Victor Banerjee starrer “Ekhon Nedekha Nadir Xipaare”, a socio-political Assamese thriller set in the river island of Majuli, has won the audience choice award in the North Carolina film fest.
The film also stars Sanjay Suri, Raj Zutshi, Preeti Jhangiani and Bidita Bag.
“The Audience Choice Award for 2014 goes to ‘As River Flows’. It was beautifully done,” North Carolina International South Asian Film Festival director Gauri Singh informed the film’s director Bidyut Kotoky.
The film has also been selected for the upcoming 14th annual New York Indian Film Festival – North America’s oldest and most prestigious destination for feature films, documentaries, and shorts from and about the Indian subcontinent to be held from May 5 to 10.
