Reports say, “‘Joganiyan’ was one of Tevar’s most successful elements and the makers of ‘Shamitabh‘ are ensuring they cash in on its momentum releasing ‘Sannata’ with the hope it does the same for their film.

Composed by Ilaiyaraaja, ‘Sannata’ is very different from ‘Joganiyan’. It’s young, contemporary, edgy and quirky, much like Shruti Haasan’s own musical vibe. It’s a different track compared to what one hears in mainstream music these days.

The lyrics feature names of various contemporary singers, lyricists actors and musicians, which makes it interesting enough to check out. Expect to see a different side to Shruti with this track.
