After billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk conducted a live conversation with former President Donald Trump on social media platform X, the former has now invited Democrats candidate Kamala Harris to host an interview.
Musk conducted the interview with Republican candidate Trump on X, formerly called Twitter, which was an audio-only interview.
They talked about the assassination attempt on Trump, his competition and Vice President Kamala Harris, immigration, cyberattack, inflation among others.
Trump labeled Harris as a “third-rate phoney candidate” and claimed that she is a “radical left lunatic” and wants to be “more Trump than Trump”.
Trump further detailed about Harris in the interview by saying, “She’s incompetent, and he (Biden) is incompetent. And frankly, I think that she’s more incompetent than he is, and that’s saying something because he’s not too good.”

Meanwhile, Musk posted an invite to Kamala Harris for an interview on X’s Spaces. In a post on X, Musk wrote, “Happy to host Kamala on an 𝕏 Spaces too.”
Kamala Harris’ campaign took potshots at the Musk-Trump conversation and issued a statement over it. The campaign called Musk and Trump “self-obsessed rich guys”.

The statement read, “Trump’s entire campaign is in service of people like Elon Musk and himself — self-obsessed rich guys who will sell out the middle class and who cannot run a livestream in the year 2024.”
One of the most awaited interviews of Donald Trump with Elon Musk was marred by technical glitch which delayed the starting of the conversation by around 40 minutes.
Musk later detailed the delay and said that a DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) attack pondered on X. Informing about it, Musk said “There appears to be a massive DDOS attack on 𝕏. Working on shutting it down.”
