A traffic cop’s routine day in Haryana’s Rohtak turned into a scene straight out of a comedy show when he stopped a woman for breaking multiple traffic rules. The list of violations was long—no helmet, driving on the wrong side, no number plate, and running a red light.
However, instead of taking the situation seriously, the woman channeled her inner cartoon fan and claimed, “Main hoon Shinchan Nohara. Aap meri mom se pooch sakte hain (I am Shinchan Nohara. You can ask my mother).”
The video of the incident, shared by traffic officer Amar Kataria on Instagram, has since gone viral. Throughout the bizarre exchange, the woman perfectly mimicked Shinchan’s iconic tone and mannerisms, leaving bystanders shocked and amused. Even when informed about the challan she would receive, she kept up the act.
At one point, a passerby stepped in, offering to pay the fine on her behalf and urging the officer to let her off. However, Kataria maintained his composure and professionalism, advising her that Yamraj (God of death) might come for her if she doesn’t use a helmet. In true Shinchan style, the woman said, “Is Yamraj your father?” before confidently declaring, “No one can take me. My name is Shinchan Nohara.”
