Watch: Giant python travels 98 km from UP to Bihar in truck engine, stuns workers

According to reports, the truck began its journey from Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, and ended in Narkatiaganj in Bihar.

A giant python travelled 98 kilometers hidden inside the engine of a truck from Uttar Pradesh to Bihar. The video of the giant reptile stuck inside the truck’s bonnet emerged on social media. According to the post, the snake went unnoticed by the driver throughout the journey.

The truck began its journey from Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, and ended in Narkatiaganj in Bihar. The footage shows the python coiled in the truck’s bonnet while a crowd gathers to catch sight of the python.

Reports suggest that the snake likely crawled into the truck’s engine while it was being loaded with stones in Kushinagar for a construction project in Narkatiaganj. The stones were being transported for a road construction project in the area.

Sharing the video, an X user @KiCainala wrote, “A shocking incident has come to light. A python reached Narkatiaganj by hiding in the engine of a truck from Kushinagar in UP. When the labourers unloaded stones from the truck, the python was spotted and then it was taken out by opening the bonnet. The forest department team said that the python will be released in the forest.”

The forest department was informed about the snake. They rescued it from the truck’s engine after a long struggle. The forest department officials said that the snake was released into a forest. No attack or injury was caused by the snake.

In October, a video of a giant python, nearly 10-foot-long, slithering in a paddy field in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, went viral. The video showed farmers holding the python with the help of a sack and a thick rope, releasing it into the field. The python coiled its body around the rope when kept on the ground, creating panic among the villagers.
