With over 44,000 views, the video garnered several reactions. A user said, “I want the python to have some protein, let the nature take its course.” Another user commented, “Let nature take its course. We should not intervene in a system which has been present and working beautifully for many thousand more years more than we have been here.”

“Sometime we get crushed by pathways of food chain. In such case need to way of food chain, however if any human in place of goat, then human wouldn’t have spare the top carnivores. So, owner of goat may have their decision,” a third user said.

Recently, a video of a 15-ft python trying to get hold of a man defecating in a forest went viral. Commenting on the incident, Forest ranger Mahesh Chandra Kushwaha said, “The man was struggling to breathe as the python had coiled around his neck. If an animal is killed by a person in such a circumstance, no legal action is taken against him.”
