Narendra Modi met Arvind Kejriwal during Inter-State Council meeting
On July 16, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the chief ministers during an Inter-State Council meeting that took place in Delhi to discuss a range of issues and concerns raised by them. A video of the meeting shared online has gone viral on social media where the PM can be seen shaking hands with various politicians attending the event.
However, the video has gone viral because of how Modi shook hands with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal which is being called “shortest hand shake ever”.
In the 38 second video, the PM can be seen meeting Himachal Pradesh CM Virbhadra Singh, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and many others but when he came face-to came with Kejriwal, well, let’s just say the warmth was missing.

We’re not sure if he is actually “ignoring” the CM but the micro-mini-second handshake has given enough fuel for speculation. Or people are just reading too much into it!
