A delivery agent working for a food delivery app confronted a customer who had claimed that her order was not delivered at her place of work. A video of the exchange between the two in which the woman was seen initially denying any wrongdoing and eventually agreeing that she had received the order is going viral. The man, who works as a delivery executive for DoorDash, went to the hospital where the woman works as he had delivered the order there and the place was full of cameras. “This woman said that her doordash never arrived after I delivered it to the hospital she works in full of cameras, so you know I had to go back,” says a text insert on the video. When confronted, the woman feigned ignorance about what he was talking about. The delivery executive told her that he delivered the order some time back to her but the app says that the customer complained about the food not arriving. The man told her that it put his job on the line as he got a contract violation. The woman claimed that she has no idea how the complaint was raised and admitted that the food was delivered to her. Hopefully Doordash bans her,” a user commented. “This is not the first time this woman has done this, it’s the first time she has been confronted and caught out. Shame on her, this woman isn’t remorseful,” posted another. “She looks like she was in the middle of eating the food,” joked another.
