Considering the data from SimilarWeb, Threads’s traffic peaked on July 7, when it witnessed traffic of 49 million users. However, that number significantly come down to 23.6 million on July 14, indicating a significant reduction in just a week. Similarly, even the average time spent on the app has also come down from 21 minutes to 6 minutes, especially on Android smartphones, again, indicating a steep decline in the traffic.
Threads despite being the latest platform is one of the biggest Twitter competitors. Anyone with an Instagram account can quickly sign-up on the platform from an Android or iOS device.
