Workshop training at PEC ends

Chandigarh, June 29: Students of the first year engineering courses at the Punjab Engineering College PEC, presented a colourful cultural programme this morning to mark the end of the workshop training.

Students of the first year Bachelor of Engineering BE courses presented over 30 items including solo dances, group dances, songs, short skits and poetry recitation. Both the performers and the audience were an equally charged up lot.

Among the performances which drew the maximum applause from the audience were the bhangra performance, a dance performance by Tejinder Pal Singh and a recitation of satirical poetry by Deepak Sinha. The SP, Security and Traffic UT, was the chief guest on the occasion.
