Jelena Dokic, the teenage sensation and quarter-finalist, was asked whether she would contemplate using muscle-building drugs like Creatine, the one used by her fourth-round opponent Mary Pierce. 8220;It8217;s a definite no for me,8221; she said. The reason for the pull out is that Man United8217;s participation would strengthen England8217;s chance to host the 2006World Cup, God knows how. But the FA Cup organisers are in a spot after the tournament sponsors, insurance company Axa, has asked for explanation about the prestigious club8217;s withdrawal. Axa8217;s sponsorship is worth about 25 million pounds over four years.

Close shave for Guga8217;s coach

Beady-eyed fans would have noticed Brazilian Gustavo Kuerten appearing to run an imaginary comb through his hair after his last 16 win over Swiss qualifier Lorenzo Manta.

Guga8217; in fact was pretending to shave his head 8212; something his coach Larri Passos had promised to do if he reached the quarter-finals.

Sure enough, Larri paid a visit to the barbers and was set to emerge with his new look for Kuerten8217;s last eight clash with fellow suede-head Andre Agassi today.

It hardly comes as a surprise, but Russian Anna Kournikova has secured one title at this year8217;s Wimbledon. The 18-year-old, who was eliminated from the women8217;s singles by Venus Williams yesterday, has been votedsexiest player by readers of The Sun.

Kournikova won 1,754 votes with Frenchwoman Mary Pierce a poor second with 314. American Andre Agassi won the men8217;s vote with 214, followed by Australian Mark Philippoussis on 131.
