MUMBAI, MARCH 16: Well Knit, Chennai, will represent India in the Bridge Federation of Asia and Middle East Championships to be held in Sri Lanka from October two to 15.

At the selection trials conducted here, the team from Chennai managed to pip Mumbai’s Sunil Machhar by a slender margin of 3.33 imps in the 128 board final to win the right to represent the country.

Nine teams were in the fray and they played a total of 404 boards over seven days.
