TV Today Q4 net loss at Rs 10 cr

“Figures for the current year and quarter include those of the erstwhile Radio Today Broadcasting,so the current year,or quarter figures are not comparable to those of the previous quarter or year,” the filing added.

Total income in the January-March period stood at Rs 78.87 crore,while it had a total income of Rs 53.69 crore in the same period last year.

The board of directors has proposed a dividend of 15 per cent on the face value of Rs 5 each to the shareholders.

For the year ended March 2010,the consolidated net profit of the company was at Rs 30.86 crore,however it had a net profit of Rs 33.55 crore in the same period last fiscal.

Shares of TV Today today closed at Rs 104.50 on the BSE,up 4 per cent from previous close.
