Sibal plans own chintan baithak

At a recent event on the literacy mission,HRD minister Kapil Sibal was asked for his view on the Gujarat government banning Jaswant Singhs book. The ministers way with words helped him out of the sticky situation. Sibal said he was working on plans to get all people to read the book through literacy programmes. Taking a dig at the BJP,Sibal said his ministry was holding its own chintan baithak to formulate a restructured National Literacy Mission.
