Stars like Madonna,Mary-Kate Olsen and Kelly Preston have also been spotted showing off their shoulders in cut-out shoulder tops,tunics and dresses. It is a flirtatious look that allows you to show skin in a sophisticated manner, says designer Nandita Mahtani. If you are wearing a cut-out shoulder top or dress,make sure that the shoulder is the only skin you flaunt. If you8217;re showing skin on your shoulder,don8217;t show any cleavage, says Mahtani. Even though a cut-out shoulder is more of an evening look,if you wear a simple cut-out shoulder top with a pair of jeans,you could sport this look during the day as well.
