SC notice on phone-tapping

The Supreme Court sought a response from the Centre on a PIL seeking guidelines.

The Supreme Court on Monday sought a response from the Centre on a PIL seeking guidelines for intercepting telephonic conversation by tapping. The petition would be heard along with the petition filed by Tata Group chief Ratan Tata in which he has raised the same issue.
