At the recent Wills India Lifestyle Fashion Week,designer Varun Bahl gave a glamorous look to his outfits with ruffles. Meanwhile,designer Gaurav Guptas haphazard folds and the asymmetrical ruffles can guarantee you a second look at any soiree. For me,ruffles accentuate a womans body and also hints at a strong look. Over the past few years,we have seen the ruffles shift from the shoulders to the neck, says Gupta.
