A contemporary dancer and choreographer,Terence Lewis became a household name after co-judging reality show Dance India Dance. This one’s quite a surprise as Terence doesn’t look macho,sporty type. He,however practices yoga and jogs thrice a week and may turn out to be a surprise package. He wants Priyanka to demonstrate the stunts before attempting them. “I expect her to have at least one of the creepy crawlies on her beautiful face so that the audience knows that she is a perfect replacement for Akshay Kumar,” he said.

A top-ranking squash player,Ritwik has been the National Champion five times. He is also known as Neha Dhupia’s erstwhile boyfriend. Ritwik has joined the show as he likes to challenge himself. He thinks Priyanka will bring a lot of spice to the show.

Shabbir Ahluwalia
Priyanka Chopra confessed on stage that Shabbir Ahluwalia is her assistant’s favourite hero. “She faints at the mention of your name,” she told him. Well,Shabbir may not exactly be rocking on the small screen right now but there was a time when he charmed the girls with his outings in Kaahin To Hoga,Kayamath and Nach Baliye which he hosted with Sangeeta Ghosh. He loves defeating others in a competition,which is why he has taken up Fear Factor. The actor is a fitness freak.

The multi-faceted Rahul Bose started out as a rugby player. Best known for his films like Mr & Mrs Iyer,Pyaar Ke Side/Effects and Jhankaar Beats,Rahul is also a social activist and the founder of an anti-discrimination NGO called The Foundation. His phobias include being a failure,girls not liking him and being poor. Reason for joining the show therefore include money,fame and power. With his sports background,Rahul may just turn out to be Khiladi No.1.

Armaan Ebrahim
A Formula One racer,Armaan Ebrahim is one of the youngest khiladis on the show. Now 21,Ebrahim tasted international success when he secured the second place at the Malaysian Endurance Karting Championship in 2003. He has also raced in the Formula Renault UK championship and consistently finished in the top 3 of the Graduate Cup class and came second in the all important 2007 Formula V6 Asia. This car racer’s biggest fear is,believe it or not,oranges. His scariest situation so far was an incident on the race track last year,where his car crashed into the sidewall at about 180 kilometers per hour and was hit from behind by another car travelling at the same speed. And what did he do? “I came back the next day and drove the same circuit – that’s the only way to overcome fear!” That according to us makes him the best candidate for the dare-devilry show.

A National swimming champion,model-actor Milind Soman is a cool dude. He sizzled in Alisha Chinoy’s video Made in India over a decade ago and has since acted in various serials and films. An adventure freak and a long-distance marathon runner,Milind seems to be the fittest among the khiladis.

Karan Singh Grover
Karan Singh Grover is best remembered for his role as Dr Armaan in the serial Dill Mill Gaye. He participated in the reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and was a hot favourite with his choreographer partner Nicole. He quit television as he was all set to make his debut in films. But the movie failed to take off. And the actor is back on the small screen as Dr. Armaan. With his buffed look he does look like a khiladi so expectations are high.

A model-turned-actor,Dino Morea is known for his looks and charm. A sportsperson,Dino wants to promote basketball in India. Also fond of adventure sports,the actor has associated himself with the show “to have fun” and thinks Priyanka will not only bring in more sex appeal but also get the youth to watch the show. Dino and Priyanka have worked together in a film Aap Ki Khatir and share a good camaraderie.

The reason he joined the show was to have “Some fun and get paid for it too”.

The youngest contestant of the show,Manjot Singh made his acting debut in the award-winning Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!. He was recently seen in Udaan. The teenager is scared of ghosts and insects. He joined Fear Factor to be “famous and prove that he is fearless”. That’s being candid for you. The youngster is preparing for the stunts by jogging daily. Definitely worth watching for his cute quotient.

Abhishek Kapoor
The Rock On!! director may seem an odd choice for the show,but the cool and collected Abhishek Kapoor is capable of pulling out some aces as he did with the cult youth film. After all,who remembers his debut film Uff Yeh Mohabbat that was a box-office dud? Abhishek is scared of speeding as he had earlier broken his collar-bone in a car accident. The director has been regularly swimming to keep himself fit for the upcoming stunts. He thinks Priyanka is intelligent and gorgeous. Will we see her in his next film?

Angad Bedi
He started off hosting a cookery show Cook Na Kaho and was later to star as Prithviraj Chauhan in a serial by the same name. However,he never got a chance to appear in the show as the child actor who played the young warrior king got so popular that the makers continued with him. A former cricketer’s (Bishen Singh Bedi) son,Angad was last seen hosting Emotional Atyachar. He was also roped in as one of the four presenters of DLF IPL on Max. A cricketer himself,this good-looking youngster can give tough competition to others.
