RIL names Ravimohan,Prasad as EDs

Ravimohan has also served as the Managing Director and Region Head of Standard amp; Poor8217;s for South amp; South East Asia.

He has also been a member of the secondary market advisory committee of SEBI,Technical advisory committee of RBI and Raghuram Rajan committee on financial sector reforms.

Prasad has been with Reliance Industries for over 28 years and currently heads the upstream and refining businesses of the company.

RIL has a turn over of Rs 1,50,771-crore and clocked a net profit of Rs 15,607-crore as on March 31,2009.
