Naveen to be sworn in today

Naveen Patnaik will be sworn in as the CM of Orissa for the third consecutive term on Thursday after being invited to form the government by Governor Murlidhar Chandrakant Bhandare on Wednesday. At the swearing-in ceremony scheduled to be held at Raj Bhavan at 11:30 am,the Governor will also administer the oath of office and secrecy to 22 other ministers. A U Singh Deo,Prasanna Acharya,Prafulla Ghadei,Maheswar Mohanty,Damodar Rout,Surjya Patro,Padmanava Behera,Pramila Mallick and Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak are among those likely to make it to the Cabinet.The BJD won 103 of the 147 Assembly seats.
