Muttemwar calling attention

That is a calling attention motion. This is how Congress circles here reacted to the threat of an indefinite dharna by senior party leader Vilas Muttemwar to press for a separate Vidarbha. The allusion was to Muttemwars penchant for giving notices under Rule 377 of the Lok Sabha for making references to important issues after losing his ministerial berth in UPA-II. They pointed out that Muttemwar is seeking attention after the inclusion of another Vidarbha leader,Mukul Wasnik,in the Cabinet. Muttemwar is not the first leader from the region to attempt this. Two other leaders from the area Vasant Sathe and N K P Salve had also championed the cause of a separate Vidarbha after they were pushed to the margins in Delhi.
