Meera Jasmine to act in a mythological

Doing a mythological film and playing a goddess have always been a favourite activity of Tamil actresses in the past. Most of the top actresses have played the goddess and have considered it their luck to be able to play such characters.

Meera Jasmine is the one who turns lucky this time. The Malayalam actress,who is popular all over the South,gets to play her first mythological film. Titled Jai Bhavani,the film will have Meera playing the goddess Kanaka Durga.

To be produced by Murali Sreenivas under the banner of SV Creations,Jai Bhavani will have debutant Viswa Prasad as the director. Kalabhavan Mani will be playing a key role of the villain.
