L&T has 6,000 MW power projects on hand and they are at various stages of implementation,Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of L&T – Power,Ravi Uppal said.

Talking to PTI,Ravi Uppal said,”Generation of solar energy in large megawatts is very costlier affair and it requires research.”

He said that L&T has been concentrating on coal-based and gas-based power projects.
