Technology giant IBM today said it has executed a contract from engineering conglomerate Escorts Group for deploying ERP solutions.
Through an agreement with IBM,Escorts Group received a workload-optimised hardware solution to replace the company8217;s existing ERP system infrastructure,IBM said in a statement.

IBM clearly had the best solution,while ensuring a reduction in our energy footprint and increasing return on investment,he added.
Escorts Group is expanding its current deployment of Oracle8217;s Applications ERP software to cover two new divisions 8211; a utilisation increase of about 40 per cent.
