I dance for 2 hours daily

I eat everything I can lay my hands on,including butter paranthas,dal and rice.

Tell us about your daily diet.
I eat everything I can lay my hands on,including butter paranthas,dal and rice. All my three meals are full and proper and if I am in the mood,I have proper meals even four or five times in a day. I do not eat fruits but drink a lot of fresh fruit juices.

Whats your exercise routine?
I practise yoga regularly and dance a lot. I dance for two hours everyday and give dance classes for kids in my housing society. I party every night and burn the calories by dancing.

Whats your favourite cuisine?
Chinese.
Is there anything you binge on?
Gulab jamuns.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
If I had to lose,I guess I would dance a lot more and maybe try different forms of dancing but I am not sure how I would have to put on in a hurry.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I do not diet .
Whats your idea of health?
Enjoying life and making an efforts to stay fit.u
