HPCL eyeing Shell8217;s African retail assets

Hindustan Petroleum Corp is looking at buying fuel retail assets of Royal Dutch Shell in Africa.

State-run refiner Hindustan Petroleum Corp is looking at buying fuel retail assets of Royal Dutch Shell in Africa,the Indian company8217;s chairman said on Tuesday.

8220;I think for BP8217;s retail assets in Africa we are slightly late but we are exploring the possibility for Shell,8221; S. Roy Choudhury said.
