Guided listening session on tabla maestro

In collaboration with the Indian Musicological Society,Nad Ninad made available to lovers of Hindustani classical music some of the NCPAs archival recordings.

This month,the music of the late tabla maestro,Amir Hussein Khan 1897-1969 was a versatile percussionist,eminent guru and prolific composer,who had a tremendous impact on the art,technique and practice of modern tabla playing,will be available in a guided session.

This session will be conducted by Suresh Talwalkar,Nayan Ghosh and Arvind Mulgaonkar.
