India seems to be the toast of premium car makers these days. No wonder,Mercedes-Benz India has launched a Special Edition C-Class exclusively styled for the Indian market. The biggest lure is exclusivity,as the company plans to make just 60 units of the Special Edition. Along with the special makeover,making its debut in the Special Edition C-Class is the Universal Media Interface (UMI) which allows customers to connect cutting-edge mobile entertainment and communication devices to the on-board audio system. While the C200 Kompressor version will cost Rs 28.46 lakh,the C 220 CDI model will put you back by Rs 31.30 lakh.

LOOKING for the best position to rest you hand on the mouse. Well Belkin Inc seems to have a couple of answers. Their new magnetic and Bluetooth mice are ergonomically designed to provide extra comfort,for either hand. While the MagStick Wireless receiver clings to your laptop magnetically,the Bluetooth version boasts of 20-times better tracking power than optical mice even without a mat. Backed with a three-year warranty,the wireless mouse is priced at Rs 1,499,while the Bluetooth one is available for a steeper Rs 2,499.
Nokias new calling
NOKIA is going to dial a new number. The cellphone maker has announced that it will soon start making netbooks that run on Microsofts Windows operating system. The Nokia Booklet 3G will use Intels Atom processor to offer up to 12 hours of battery life while weighing just 1.25 kg. Nokia says it will unveil full specifications,market availability and pricing on September 2. Nokia has produced PCs before,but divested the unit in 1991 when it started to focus on the mobile phone industry.
