Close Call

A 22-year-old Chinese woman was dragged to safety after trying to leap from a seventh-storey window. Her boyfriend of four years left her just as they were making plans to get married.

The woman in a wedding gown sits on a windowsill before attempting to kill herself in Changchun,Jilin province.

She is grabbed by Guo Zhongfan,a local community officer.

A neighbour from a floor below helps rescue her as others look on. The woman is safe. Did not suffer injuries.
