The four day long event Coolex 2012 showcasing airconditioners and refrigerators organised by the CII,Northern Region concluded here at the Himachal Bhawan today recording a record 30,000 visitors. The event held every year offers cool deals and attractive financing options for buyers.
The products included all weather air conditioners from Mitsubishi Electric and Voltas. All Samsung split ACs had stabiliser free operations. The prices of air conditioners range from Rs 16,000 to Rs 38,000 in the domestic segment. For commercial air conditioners,the price range starts from Rs 45,000. Air Conditioners for the commercial market from 6 10 tonnes were also on display. Among coolers on display Tornado was launched for the first time at the exposition with new features like suction from all four sides that giving highest air throw. Diet cooler from Symphony was another major attraction. Usha which has collaborated with US based company Honeywell launched a new range of coolers with sturdy plastic body and price range that fits the pocket of the consumers. It can run on inverter too.
Samsung and Godrej have launched 5 star refrigerators. The LG launched its DoorinDoor model for high capacity 679 ltrs refrigerator that has a separate compartment for water.
