ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is all set to get its first woman Foreign Minister with Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani recommending Hina Rabbani Khars elevation as a full-fledged minister,days ahead of Indo-Pak Foreign Minister-level talks in New Delhi. Gilani forwarded the formal proposal to President Asif Ali Zardari for his final approval.
