20 detonators found on railway track in Andhra

WARANGAL: As many as 20 detonators were found on a railway track at Nashkal station in Warangal district on Sunday,the Kazipet Railway Police said. They added that a gangman found the detonators lying wrapped in paper while checking the track between Secunderabad and Kazipet. He immediately informed the railway police,who removed the explosives from the spot,they said. Further investigations are being conducted,they added.

CISF units linked to Delhi HQ online

NEW DELHI: The CISF has linked all its units across the country via video conferencing to its headquarters in Delhi. Director General,CISF,Rajiv inaugurated the facility in Delhi last week. Now,Inspectors General of various sectors,Director NISA CISF Academy,Hyderabad and all the Regional Training Centres will be connected with the headquarters online.

UP: 4-yr-olds body recovered from drain

KAUSHAMBI: The body of a four-year-old boy,allegedly killed by unidentified persons,has been recovered from a drain in Manjhanpur area,the police said on Sunday. The mutilated body of Vipin was recovered from the drain in Raghvapur village on Saturday,they said,adding that he was missing since the last three days. A murder case has been registered on the complaint of Vipins father,Manoj.

Shehla: Remand of 5 accused extended

INDORE: The judicial remand of all the five accused in RTI activist Shehla Masoods murder case has been extended to June 11 by the Special CBI court. The five accused Zahida Parvez,Saba Farooqui,Saquib Ali Danger,Irfan and Taabish were produced before the Special CBI Judge Dr Shubra Singh on Saturday. The court extended their judicial remand till June 11 and handed them over a copy of CBI chargesheet.
