Online test for agri scientists NEW DELHI: The Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) has decided to conduct online tests for Agricultural Research Services and the National Eligibility Test from this year. Minister of State for Agriculture Harish Rawat on Tuesday inaugurated the National Online Examination Centre in New Delhi. Scholars in the field of agricultural sciences will now have to appear for online exams in all the 23 disciplines at 25 centres.
