Maoists abduct,kill two in Bihar
GAYA:
Two persons,including the son of a village panchayat head,who were abducted by Maoists,were found dead at Kanaudha village in Bihars Gaya district on Sunday. Three persons were abducted by Maoists from the village on Saturday night. The bodies of two,bearing marks of multiple bullet injuries,and some Maoist literature were found near a drain at the village,Gaya city Superintendent of Police Ratnamati Sanjeev said.

Two washed away in J-K flash floods
JAMMU:
Two women were washed away in flash floods in Ramban and Poonch districts of Jammu and Kashmir,officials said here on Sunday. Rukhsana was crossing a river in Gool tehsil in Ramban district when she was washed away in the flash floods. Her body was recovered around 2 km down the river. In the other incident,Hamidi Bi was washed away when she was grazing her cattle in Mendhar area of Poonch district,officials said,adding that her body was yet to be recovered.
