Bihar cops nab top Maoist

Yadav had played a key role in the recent attack on a SAP Special Auxiliary Police camp at Goh in which three jawans were killed.

The Bihar Police picked up a self-styled Maoist zonal commander from central Kolkata and took him to Gaya where a local court remanded him to 14 days judicial custody,Wednesday.

Nepali Yadav,wanted in Bihar,Orissa and Jharkhand in several cases,was arrested from the Mahatma Gandhi Road area of Kolkata Tuesday night. He was brought to Gaya on Wednesday and produced in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate who remanded him to 14 days judicial custody, said additional Superintendent of Police Gaya Shambhu Prasad.
