Bhushan gets stay on stamp duty order

Former Union minister and Team Anna member Shanti Bhushan got a stay from the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority

Former Union minister and Team Anna member Shanti Bhushan on Thursday got a stay from the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority CCRA,which is the appellate authority in matters related to stamp duty evasion. The stay order was passed by Amod Kumar Shahi,CCRA Board of Revenue. The case will now be heard next on March 7.
