Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd said on Thursday its board has approved merger of unit Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar with itself.

Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd said on Thursday its board has approved merger of unit Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar with itself.

Shareholders of Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar will get 1 share of Bajaj Hindusthan for every 5 held,it said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
