As a singer,Madhushree sings on a different and more dulcet level than in most of her film songs,but high pitch,as in Chal kuchh pal actually the best track,does not really suit her. The songs have a fair variety,but the lyrics by various artistes,compositions Robby Badal and singing is very 90s.

The high-pitched blend of rock with Sufi poetry does not jell at all. Plus,the mixing in most cases tries to drown the vocals in the best rock tradition,but it doesnt rock,you know. From the noisy lot,Zubeen Gargs Sun le raahi stands out,predominantly because one can hear him and the words clearly!
