External Affairs Minister S M Krishna will have to stay in a five-star hotel for two more months as his house is undergoing renovation. Incidentally,he was allotted Natwar Singh8217;s 19,Teen Murti Lane,residence 8211; just next to 7, Race Course Road 8211; back in November as a Rajya Sabha member. Singh requested a few months8217; time to vacate. When he eventually did,the CPWD found that the house allotted to the former external affairs minister was in quite a state,with several wooden frames pulled out and walls damaged. The department sought time for renovation,and now it has told Krishna that it needs at least two more months. Natwar,meanwhile,has settled in,at a well-equipped farmhouse.
