MUMBAI, JANUARy 15: The board of directors of Vakrangee Softwares Ltd VSL has proposed an interim dividend of 10 per cent on pro-rata basis for the year 1999-2000. The company8217;s turnover for the period under review stood at Rs 3.98 crore compared with Rs 24.95 lakh for the corresponding quarter ended December 31, 1998. After taking into account total expenditure of Rs 2.22 crore Rs 19.75 lakh, the net profit has risen to Rs 1.75 cr Rs 5.20 lakh.
