SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 3: Two Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel were charred to death when a major fire broke out in their barrack, trapping them within, in Anantnag district of south Kashmir on Wednesday night, an ITBP spokesman said here on Thursday. The fire, said to be an accidental one, broke out in the barrack in Kokernag area around 10:30 pm trapping the two jawans inside, the spokesman said.
