Marcus Trescothick hit 96 to help steer England to 333 all out in their first innings and a position of strength on the second day of their three-day tour match with Bangladesh “A” on Friday.
Trailing by 91, the home side batted again and at the close were six for no wicket in their second innings. Trescothick hit 10 fours and four sixes in a 117-ball knock before falling leg before to paceman Alamgir Kabir.
The first match of England’s two-Test series with Bangladesh starts next Tuesday in Dhaka. (Reuters)
