Raju Gaikwad of Sri Tisai Health Centre, Kalyan and Dattatrya Bhat of Kanvinde Vyayam Mandir, Dombivli were declared Thane Uday and Thane Sriman in the Thane District-level Amateur Body Building championships which were held on Sunday.

I-Day cycle race
Custom Point will be conducting an Independence Day knock out Cycle race, sponsored Vaidya Patankar Kadha. The distance of 2,200 metres and it will be on aknock-out basis. The Entry fee is Rs 1 and forms are avaible at Custom Point, new Prabhadevi Road, Chandrakant Cycle Mart, New Prabhadevi Road.
All-India karate
