Cocktail and camaraderie was in the air as old buddies and members of the Old Cottonian Association OCA, India Northern Chapter, got together for a reunion and revived memories of good ol8217; days at the Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, here at the Chandigarh Gold Association. Says Taran Vir Singh, 8220;We all share thick friendships and still carry that school spirit in our pockets! And now that we have social sites like Face Book, staying in touch has never been easier!8221; He adds how they are the 8220;true ambassadors of the school, especially celebrities like golder Jeev Milkha Singh.8221; Next year, we are informed, we will turn 150, and 8220;we are anxiously waiting for that!8221; says the OCA secretary, Manveer Singh Guron. 8220;Reunions are the best way to socialize and witness the changing lives of my own students,8221; says Headmaster of the school, Roy.C.Robinson. 8220;Students here are hungry for knowledge and are go getters,8221; feels John White Marsh, who is helping the school in teaching subjects like Cross Counter Communication and Internationalism. 8220;It8217;s like a family now and I love hearing all fun filled school life stories,8221; smiles Anu Guron.8221;
